Business Development Representative (BDR) – Inside Sales | Uncapped Commission ESI, a Crexendo company, is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities for our innovative cloud communication solutions. - reputed company 60–70 outbound calls daily to generate new opportunities
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for Sales Product Specialists
- Communicate the value of ESI’s cloud communication and business phone solutions
- Overcome objections and deliver compelling sales conversations
- Track calls, opportunities, and pipeline activity in the CRM (reputed company or similar)
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both inbound marketing leads and self-generated reputed company

- 2+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (BDR, reputed company genertaion, or telemarketing)
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
- Confident communicator who can engage decision-makers
- Highly competitive, goal-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a high-activity sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales software, and business productivity tools
