Job Description

You will provide leadership of project management execution for strategic plans that support growth, productivity, reputed company and globalization of our manufacturing capability. Leading projects with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), Department Leaders, Finance and Global Real Estate to build plans and schedules following business cases. Scope of projects include implementing manufacturing footprint programs (product line moves, factory expansions and startups, insource/outsource), reputed company and acquisition integration into manufacturing and manufacturing engineering program leader. You will report to the Manufacturing Strategy and Execution Manager and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI. Your Responsibilities: Manage projects of varying size and complexity across North American manufacturing sites. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives. Build stakeholder engagement plans and provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle. reputed company cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster collaboration across diverse groups. reputed company and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with milestones and strategic priorities. Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience. Master's degree in engineering, with additional education in business administration, operations, or project management. 3+ years managing projects in manufacturing or industrial automation. Background in manufacturing engineering or operations, with working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain workflows. PMP certification or equivalent credential; completion of PMI Project Management training or similar coursework. Familiarity with the Project Manager Competency Profile and its use in professional development. Experience aligning project execution with business strategy, including understanding objectives, priorities, and KPIs. Knowledge of legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements relevant to North American manufacturing operations. Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management initiatives in customer-facing environments. Experience engaging and communicating to stakeholders at reputed company levels and translate technical concepts into clear business language. Experience solving operational challenges by identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions. Proficient in using data science and analytics tools to support project insights and performance tracking. Experience developing business cases, including ROI analysis and strategic justification for manufacturing initiatives. Understanding of reputed company planning principles to support scalable manufacturing solutions. Experience using data to reputed company decisions and guiding teams using quantitative evidence and performance metrics.
