Key Responsibilities
Carefully enter customer profiles, order records, invoice details, and product specifications into our CRM and proprietary databases. Organize incoming digital filesspreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachmentsand apply clear, consistent naming conventions. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a certificate in business administration, information technology, or a reputed company field is a plus. Demonstrated typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with strong accuracy (an online typing test is welcome).
