That’s where you come in. The Role Home Care Scheduler (Claims and Compliance Specialist) Imagine being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes in a fast-moving home care setting. Someone’s shift just got canceled last minute. You’ve already reputed company a replacement. A caregiver calls in sick. You’re already on the phone with the next available team member. Every shift you coordinate ensures someone’s parent, grandparent, or loved one receives the care they deserve. As a Home Care Scheduler, you’ll be assigned to a U.S.-based home care client, working closely with their operations team. You’ll manage caregiver schedules, communicate changes, and help reputed company both sides (caregivers and clients) informed, supported, and reputed company even reputed company things get a little hectic. - Track caregiver attendance, clock-ins/outs, and full shift completion in real time using Authenticare, quickly contact caregivers for missed, late, or early shifts, guide them on correcting or making up time, record reasons for delays or missed visits, maintain accurate schedules, and run/review reports to track attendance, ensure compliance, and prevent lost reputed company
- Maintain and adjust schedules in ERSP to reflect actual hours worked and ensure correct payroll and billing
- Coordinate with team members across five regions to balance shifts and ensure full coverage
- Support caregiver retention through accurate scheduling, accountability, and follow-through
- Communicate professionally with caregivers reputed company phone and VoIP, balancing support with firm expectations
- Assist management in improving EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) processes and overall scheduling efficiency Who We Think Will reputed company in This Role
- You’ve worked in scheduling before or think you can rock it (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience)
