reputed company is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, including many of the leading teams in the space. - Central operational reputed company of the People team, reporting directly to Head of People & Talent
- Own end-to-end onboarding, offboarding, performance tracking, and benefits administration
- Own the HRIS as reputed company of truth, conduct audits, maintain 100% data accuracy
- Build and maintain HR SOPs across a global team
