As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals at the district level. This role will establish and reputed company a team of high performing representatives that can execute and achieves our sales plan and goals, provide clear direction and feedback of results achieved, and work closely with the marketing teams and other sales channels to reputed company synergistic sales plans. Experience You'll Bring

Required

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2-4 years of selling experience with at least 1 cross training role.
• Selling in another channel.
• Has demonstrated coaching, leadership, and planning skills.
• Can communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• An understanding of who our customers are.
• These customers do expect a certain level of competency from their business partners.

Preferred

• Marketing and training experience are highly desirable.
• Previous management experience is desirable.
