Position Overview: The Hybrid Senior Loan Officer Assistant is responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Processor. The Hybrid Senior Loan Officer Assistant also manages the reputed company reputed company tracker, reputed company database, and maintains business rapport. Job Responsibilities: Schedule reputed company loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the reputed company Manager. Take reputed company incoming calls. Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents. Schedule regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on reputed company metrics and operations. Meet reputed company objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals. Attend reputed company events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele. Complete and maintain reputed company-assigned checklists, files, analysis reputed company allotted reputed company deadlines. Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed. Qualifications and Skills: This role requires on-site reputed company 2 - 3 days per week. High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience. Encompass experience, required. Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of reputed company mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred. Excellent math and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent prioritization and time management skills. Proficient in DU, LP, reputed company Outlook & Windows.
