Data Entry Specialist (Typist) - Remote | WFH

We are on the lookout for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to blend in-office collaboration with the convenience of working from home. Based in the vibrant Teaneck, NJ area, you'll play a crucial role in managing and organizing data from our valued customers and sales distributors. The Role As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within our ERP system. Your responsibilities will include: Entering new and updating existing sales/customer account information within the company's ERP dataset. Verifying the accuracy of source documents, processing them efficiently, and following up on any discrepancies. Organizing files and ensuring proper audit trails within the ERP system. Upholding data entry standards and procedures. Monitoring data trends, identifying outliers, and conducting ad hoc reporting for business analysis. Supporting customer service inquiries as needed and promptly reporting any data issues to management. Who You Are The ideal candidate for this position is someone who exhibits: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. At least 1 year of relevant data entry or administrative experience. Strong time management abilities and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Proficient written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. Previous Experience With NetSuite (preferred But Not Required).
