• Provide engineering support to PBNA Supply Chain by working on major capital reputed company, innovation, and cost management projects as well as infrastructure work and strategic initiatives.
• The individual in this position will provide capital project management and/or project reputed company for major CAPEX approvals at PBNA manufacturing locations.
• This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Package and Product Development, Procurement and external suppliers.
• This position is responsible for driving standardization and serving as a technical liaison to plants.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 - $ 165,150 based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility; reputed company payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

QualificationsMajors Preferred : Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical reputed company

• BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in a high-speed bottling manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of plant maintenance operations.
• Individual project CAPEX expenditure experience should be at least $5MM
• Ability to travel; individual can expect to be out of the office up to 30% of the time.

Knowledge / reputed company Requirements :

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven capital project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in negotiating with vendors, contractors and consultants.
• Proven leadership in troubleshooting/problem solving in the manufacturing environment (PET Bottle and Can Lines).
• Understanding of finance, product/project cost tracking and reporting.
• Self-motivated, results
• Solid team building skills; able to manage and reputed company cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing direct reports, exempt and non-exempt.
• Computer skills to include proficiency with computer maintenance management systems, reporting/tracking software, reputed company, reputed company Project, etc.
