Who We Need

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide reputed company customer service support for our Review Team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities that are critical to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare support services. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with beneficiaries and providers reputed company our helpline, creating, formatting, and proofreading correspondence, and maintaining timeliness in reputed company communications.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for typing, merging, proofing for clarity, printing, and mailing correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Answer the Beneficiary Helpline through the utilization of the hunt group and available light functions, determining how to best assist each caller either by a service offered by arenaflex or by referring them to an external agency.
• Properly enter referrals into the CMS system and maintain accurate records of reputed company interactions.
• Ensure reputed company letters are sent out in a timely manner with correct components included, reviewing each for grammatical and spacing errors.
• Obtain and validate notices and reputed company components of medical records with precision and care.
• Provide intake for reputed company appeals received by arenaflex, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Maintain proficiency in customer service guidelines and standards, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to three years of clerical experience including word processing, various filing systems, and telephone customer service responsibilities.

• Strong grammar, punctuation, spelling, hyphenation, and written communication skills.
