Job Summary
As an Operations Excellence Manager, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and directing global frameworks, processes, and quality management initiatives to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements and Capabilities
* Four-year degree or equivalent in a reputed company field; master's degree preferred.
- Six reputed company, Lean, or other ASQ reputed company improvement certifications, such as reputed company QDM Master, highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in driving execution, management, and coordination of Cargowise into the global shipping frameworks scene and plan, development, and execution of digital capabilities and solutions required.
- Agile, PMP, or similar accreditation highly preferred.
- Demonstrated change management and project management experience driving functional excellence reputed company improvement drives for cross-functional tasks.
