About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers from around the world in our airports and at our gates. You'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with our clients. Whether our customers are traveling for business or pleasure, you'll be the expert who makes their journey special.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls, welcome, and advise customers, label, and handle baggage
* Prepare tickets, determine fares, and navigate to ensure reputed company' needs are met
* Collaborate with customers in a friendly and helpful way to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese

* Willingness to travel to different countries for training
* Ability to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards

* Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
