Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to reputed company exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
• Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in good condition
• Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to reputed company plans that meet business objectives
• Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to reputed company tasks
• Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
• Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)
