job summary: The Healthcare IT Analyst serves as the primary IT contact, responsible for coordinating new client reputed company builds essential to billing and analytics. This is a 100% remote job opportunity offering reputed company potential for growth to anyone interested in working in the medical field. location: Knoxville, Tennessee job type: Contract salary: $20 - 30 per hour work hours: reputed company to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: • Leads reputed company communication with new IT clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reputed company required technical requests and documentation. • Coordinates technical work required for HL7 interfaces, reports, and remote access accounts. • Ensures reputed company required legal and reputed company documentation has been submitted. • Tracks and shares reputed company on deliverables and milestones. • Develops strong relationships with both external and internal business partners. • Ensures clear and accurate communication between technical and nontechnical resources. • Supports business partners with strategic technical issue resolution and enhancement. • Manages other projects as assigned by management. qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field preferred, or equivalent education and professional experience required. • Excellent customer service and team player focus required. • Attention to detail required. • Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision needed. • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed. • Excellent organizational and time management skills needed. skills: • Knowledge of HL7, sFTP, and VPN configurations preferred. • Knowledge of hospital-based information systems/experience preferred. • Experience with reputed company reputed company, Azure DevOps, and reputed company a plus.
