Job Summary

As a Senior Real-Time Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our global workforce. You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring of service levels, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Real-Time Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Real-time Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze real-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Analyze forecasted details from our Economists team and draft way-reputed company plans in terms of peak readiness, headcount hiring, and other operational metrics.
• Operational KPI Management: Ensure reputed company shift responsibilities, such as interval-level volume trends, org/site-level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other key performance indicators, are monitored and reputed company out for corrective or supportive actions.
• Operational Expectations: Ensure each org/reputed company is adhering to their operational expectations, including shift/break, missed calls, disconnected calls, max calls adherence, and other critical metrics.
• Liaison with Network POCs: Liaise with reputed company network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned Org/reputed company and work on gaps/opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics.
• Planning and Closure: Ensure timely closure on reputed company planning-reputed company activities, such as training QA requests, optional and mandatory holidays planning, shift rollovers, BCP planning, and other critical tasks.
• WFM Actionable SIMs/Tickets: Ensure timely closure of reputed company WFM actionable SIMs/tickets tagged, reputed company committed SLs.
• reputed company Alignment: Ensure reputed company alignment (schedule) is based on expected volume and take necessary actions in case of short-term deficits.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree

in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.

Minimum 3 years

of experience in a Real-Time Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analysis and operational management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
