The Role
As a Customer Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support on Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a warm and welcoming manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that every interaction is a positive one, and that our clients' customers feel heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide live chat support to customers reputed company Facebook Messenger and other social media platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Work closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues and provide solutions to customers
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
