About the Role
As a Pharmacy Service Representative on our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you will serve as a critical link between patients, health care providers, insurance companies, and our pharmacy operations. This is not your typical customer service position—this is an opportunity to be a compassionate reputed company for patients who depend on specialty medications for their health and well-being.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your responsibilities will span the entire patient journey, from initial enrollment through ongoing medication management. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Order Processing: Manage the overall coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and refills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reputed company transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving high volumes of reputed company customer needs over the phone

Pay Range
