Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, and providing personalized support and solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets
  • Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
  • Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
  • reputed company passenger reputed company-in and passenger seat assignment (except curbside), rectify oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades
  • Issue vouchers and/or coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, food, and transportation; coordinate refueling and refresh

  • Operate reputed company reader/scanner and reputed company responsibilities to include pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carryon bags, and exiting row criteria
  • Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers

  • Deliver domestic/international flight files
  • reputed company passenger service flight reputed company-out procedures
  • Accept, reputed company, and tag passengers' bags at decision centers, full-service ticket counters, and first-class ticket counters
  • Maintain the timeline of flight boarding process

  • Process and complete credit card bag transactions at kiosks inside the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk bag processing at ticket counters
  • Queue lines at ticket counter kiosks and ticket counters
  • Clear/confirm international documents at kiosk inside the ticket counter area and activation stations
  • Accept and activate passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations
  • Assist customers needing special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, and/or unaccompanied minors

  • Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
  • Bilingual language skills required in some locations
  • Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
  • Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport reputed company identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
  • Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background reputed company, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and reputed company requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be an asset in this role:

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
