Position Overview: Call Center Representative – Pharmacy Data Entry & Patient Services

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic healthcare services team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading healthcare organization while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing information sections and patient enrollment activities in accordance with state and government guidelines. You will be accountable for resolving third-party issues and handling high-volume customer requests while working under direct supervision.

  • Prescription Processing: Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) accurately.
