Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative position serving our Group Dental and Vision insurance division. This is an inbound call center position where you will communicate with healthcare providers and insured members to verify eligibility, explain plan provisions, reputed company claim status, and provide other pertinent information. No previous insurance industry experience is required—we will provide comprehensive training to set you up for success!
