Educational Consultant – Provisional
Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with parents to assess their children's academic strengths, challenges, and goals.
- Advise families on Dojo Tutor's services, aligning our offerings with the student's specific learning needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for families.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly reputed company goals.
- Accurately document reputed company interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interest or experience in sales, with a focus on consultative approaches.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
- Strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
- Stable, distraction-free remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet reputed company.
