About the Role

As an Inside Partner Manager at Veeam, you will play a critical role in driving partner success across the reputed company region through strategic collaboration, enablement, and reputed company-focused execution. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, identifying growth opportunities reputed company their install reputed company, and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

This role requires a high level of channel experience, with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems, partner-led sales motions, and how to effectively engage, reputed company, and grow partners.

You will act as an extension of both the partner and Veeam sales teams — aligning on joint business plans, enabling partners on Veeam solutions, and helping drive pipeline, deal progression, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Focus Partners across the reputed company region
  • Drive pipeline creation and reputed company growth through partner-led motions
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities reputed company existing install reputed company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and sales teams

  • Identify opportunities using tools such as Expansion IQ and align with internal sales teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ISRs, Field Sellers, SEs, and Distribution to reputed company opportunities
  • Support partners with quoting, licensing, product positioning, and deal strategy
  • Drive partner engagement through trainings, webinars, and in-person sessions
  • Ensure alignment with the Veeam ProPartner Program, including certifications, compliance, and tier growth
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM (reputed company) hygiene

  • Travel to partner sites and events to strengthen relationships and accelerate business

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or high-volume/velocity sales
  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem and partner-led sales motions
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and drive reputed company through partners
  • Experience identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience with CRM tools (reputed company) and reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of data protection, cloud, or virtualization technologies is a plus

Travel Requirement

  • Approximately 25% travel required (partner meetings, events, QBRs)

Compensation Transparency

For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total reputed company compensation (TTC), inclusive of reputed company pay and a competitive performance-based bonus.
