This is not an entry-level position—we’re seeking someone who can confidently manage core bookkeeping functions, spot discrepancies quickly, and ensure every financial detail is accounted for. Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily bookkeeping tasks with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and completeness
- Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately reputed company QuickBooks Online
- reputed company bank and credit card reconciliations, ensuring reputed company accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved promptly
- Maintain organized and accurate records across multiple client accounts
- Review financial data regularly to ensure error-free reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)
- Transaction categorization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus
