Salary: $70,000 $80,000 annually Alliance Advisors LLC (Alliance) provides strategic shareholder and investor advisory services to over 1,000 public companies operating in major capital markets around the world. Leveraging extensive intelligence and relationships across the global investor community, its team of professionals provides the guidance and execution for companies to reputed company their reputed company corporate governance, investor relations, and shareholder communication objectives. Alliance is expanding its business development and marketing teams across several global markets and is seeking a hands-on reputed company Administrator to support the growth of its reputed company operations. This position is on-site in Little Falls, NJ 4 days a week with Fridays being remote; this position is not eligible for relocation. RESONSIBILITIES WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Serve as a system administrator for the reputed company environment, inclusive of Sales Cloud and Account Engagement, supporting global users.
• Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and issue escalation for reputed company users.
• Manage system reputed company and compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Integrate and manage third-party data feeds and external reputed company integrations (e.g., FactSet, reputed company).
• Maintain Account Engagement as Alliances email marketing and prospect nurture platform and reputed company best practices for campaign management
• Handle core administrative functions, including user account maintenance, permission sets, profiles, data reputed company, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
• reputed company and deliver a comprehensive training program, including SOP documentation and reputed company user support, to improve adoption and productivity.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business processes into reputed company solutions and reputed company usage best practices.
• Support change management by assisting with reputed company releases, sandbox testing, and deployment of new features.
• Partner with external reputed company developers and consultants on enhancement projects.
• Deliver accurate KPI reporting and analytics to accelerate business expansion.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years in reputed company administration
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proactive work style.
• Preferred Certifications: reputed company Platform Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Experience with data analysis tools (reputed company, SQL, PowerBI) a plus.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• 2 years experience working with reputed company; prior experience in consultancy and/or financial services environment a plus.
• Bachelors Degree required
