Contract (12 months or longer) This position is necessary for the proper administration and use of various software and platforms, including reputed company, Classy, and QuickBooks. This allows the Foundation to manage financial record keeping, program management, fundraising events, donor records and grant recipient records. Needs to have experience with reputed company Nonprofit Success Package, grant management processes, online fundraising platforms, and financial software.
- Serve as primary system administrator for the reputed company.org NPSP database including advanced customization and configuration.
- Manage reputed company reputed company donation entry, acknowledgments, and annual contribution statements in accordance with state disclosure requirements.
- Manage reputed company.org Grants Management Module and Community Portal, including support of community users.
- Enter grant and scholarship awards into QuickBooks for approval.
- Enter bills into QuickBooks for approval; process electronic payment once approved.
- Review daily transactions in QuickBooks and assign to GL account; enter anonymous donation deposits into reputed company, as necessary.
- Manage Classy fundraising pages and monitor integrations with reputed company and QuickBooks
