You will be working with the team to balance the financial objectives of different lodging products ranging from traditional hotels, both branded and independent, to luxury villas and condos. Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on in-season strategy for assigned properties.
• Ensure implementation of reputed company strategy for assigned properties.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Experience of: MS Office applications (strong reputed company knowledge a must), PMS Systems (IQWare/ Opera/ reputed company); Extranet management; SynXis, Inntopia, STR, KeyData, Destimetrics, Tableau, Delphi FDC, reputed company and other Hospitality Industry comparison tools.
• Experience working with Luxury Condominiums, Homes, and Hotels a plus.
• Experience working in start-up Brands or launching new products a plus.
• Experience working with seasonal resort environment a plus.
• Strong independent decision-making capabilities in a fast paced & growing environment.
• Detail oriented on assigned tasks and able to follow through to a conclusion.
• Ability to work independently and in a virtual/in-person team environment.
