Position Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing charge capture accuracy, billing reconciliation, payment reputed company, and vendor performance across PMG’s reputed company cycle reputed company our hospital partnerships. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Minimal to no travel; any travel needed would be for job training, annual corporate events, and as needed meetings
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis
- Demonstrated experience working with large data sets and performing structured data analysis
- Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reconciliation logic, data modeling, financial analysis)
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate reputed company data findings into actionable operational recommendations for both operational and financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a third-party billing company
- Experience in professional billing, hospital-based services, or specialty practices
- Familiarity with CPT, modifiers, and payer contract language
- Familiarity with EHR systems is preferred (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SQLStrong understanding of the claim lifecycle, EOBs/ERAs, and payer adjudication
- Background in payment reputed company, audit, or compliance analytics

- Investigate and resolve variances between expected charges, billed charges, and adjudicated claims.

- Document findings and recommend process improvements to reduce future reputed company leakage.
