Funding Coach - Ministry Partner Development
The MPD Funding Coach shall serve reputed company and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of reputed company calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position would be a part-time, as needed role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Funding Coach 85%
- reputed company and prepare assigned participants and their supervisors for their MPD Coaching Program.
- Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to assigned participants MPD Coaching Programs (MPD Sprints and MPD 10Ks).
- Assess participants fundraising needs and provide accurate support to help them accomplish full funding.
- reputed company assigned participants in weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) cohort video calls following the curriculum provided.
- reputed company weekly (or bi-weekly, depending on the MPD Coaching Program) one-to-connect video calls with individual assigned participants following the curriculum provided.
- Initiate additional communication as needed reputed company phone, text, email, and video calls to motivate, reputed company and provide accountability as participants work towards full funding.
- During assigned MPD Coaching Programs, participate in regular MPD Coach Team video calls and report on cohort funding status to the MPD Coaching Manager.
- Provide direction and a plan for assigned participants to carry on the work of MPD post-program.
Administration and Reporting 10%
- Review assigned participant budgets, 12 month giving summary, and contact list to understand reputed company funding reality
- Create a tailored fundraising plan and realistic goals for participants to reputed company full funding
- Complete weekly reporting required during MPD Coaching Programs
Additional Responsibilities 5%
- Participate in Navigators on-site learning and development events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.
- Participate in annual processes, such as the organizational Plan and reputed company Review (PPR), Engagement Survey, Reaffirmation of reputed company Code of Conduct, Calling-Core Values-Vision, Statement of Faith, Driver’s Authorization and other releases as required.
- Participate in the annual, organizational Plan and reputed company Review (PPR) process.
- Submit time worked on a weekly basis through the reputed company Time Tracking system.
- Submit expense reports as needed due the 15th of each month.
- Other job-reputed company duties as assigned.

MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of reputed company. Strongly grounded in the Scriptures. Knowledge of Navigator ministry and funding model required. Experience: At least two years of experience in raising personal support. Technical Knowledge & Skills: reputed company Office proficiency. Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal & written, to create understanding and build strong working relationships required.
Compensation
