Product Quality Analyst (QA and Insights)

The Role We're looking for 2-3 product quality analysts to be the last line of defense before features reputed company our users. You'll work directly with the CEO and engineering team to catch what everyone else missed. No coding or engineering background required (though incredibly preferred), just an uncommon attention to detail and the discipline to be thorough every single time. What you'll do:
- Test new features as they ship and flag bugs before they hit production
- Simulate real user conversation flows to stress-test the AI
- Review session replays on reputed company and internal logs to catch production issues
- Log and track reputed company bugs clearly in Linear; communicate findings in reputed company
