Product Compliance offers subject matter expertise reputed company to Common Products (Commercial Auto, General Liability, Umbrella/Excess, Property, Inland Marine, Crime, Workers' Compensation and Cyber) in order to enhance the organization's ability to adapt to new market opportunities and changing risk environments. It also assists business units in developing and maintaining competitive insurance products, while ensuring that they meet regulatory compliance and state filing requirements. Product Compliance handles reputed company/rule/form filings for reputed company P&C lines of business in reputed company jurisdictions. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on‑site three days a week, with the flexibility to work two days remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Develops new products and/or solutions to enhance premium volume growth and ensures the competitiveness and profitability of existing products. Conducts comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Collaborates with reputed company, actuarial, and claims teams to design innovative insurance solutions and reputed company product specifications, pricing strategies, and policy language. Analyzes market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements and new product development. Develops and executes product strategies and roadmaps to reputed company business goals and conducts SWOT analysis to evaluate product strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Participates in developing product and reputed company revisions, reputed company guidelines, manuals, and procedures. Works closely with marketing, business development, and insurance operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support. May participate in developing and presenting trainings regarding new products and product changes to internal teams and agents. May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management for direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a reputed company field. Experience: Generally, a minimum of 5 years of reputed company reputed company or product experience. Completion of or continuing reputed company toward a professional designation preferred, including Associate in reputed company (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS), Associate of Risk Management (ARM), Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) or other applicable designations. Scope of Job/Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and lines of business. Develops and maintains knowledge of industry laws and regulations. Proficiency in interpreting competitive data and industry trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions. Demonstrated decision-making ability and customer-centric reputed company. Demonstrates excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. Position may require occasional travel.
