Job Summary

The Client Manager – reputed company Coast will be responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business in the reputed company Coast region through the entire client life cycle, starting at implementation, and continuing through everyday problem resolution, upsell, and renewal activities. Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients. Expected to support and service between 12 – 20 clients in the reputed company Coast region. Maintains senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker. Internal project participation that benefits and supports the client and/or the client management organization. Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Candidates must live reputed company the reputed company United States, excluding Alaska, reputed company, California, or Hawaii

This role will work closely with clients based in the Pacific Time Zone and requires availability during standard Pacific Time business hours.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities 

• Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)   

• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans (stop loss understanding a plus)

• Knowledge and understanding of benefit-reputed company federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)

• Results oriented and self-motivated 

• Ability to interact with senior level executives 

• Excellent presentation skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills 

• Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and time management skills are required

• State insurance license

$67,600.00 - $127,000.00
