Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer – General Account (HYBRID)

We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) serving as a strategic advisor and operational leader reputed company the Office of the CIO. Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company and analysis of the c.$120bn General Account portfolio, ensuring accuracy and insight across investment metrics, legal entities, strategies, portfolios, and asset classes.
• reputed company high impact presentations for executive leadership, translating reputed company investment topics into clear insights, recommendations, and strategic options.
• Serve as a primary liaison to key OCIO partners, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Investor Relations, Investment Accounting, and Treasury, ensuring alignment and timely information flow.
• Advance reputed company’s ESG and Responsible Investment agenda by supporting ESG integration, impact investing initiatives, reporting, and disclosure requirements.
• Prepare and refine materials for reputed company’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors, ensuring clarity, rigor, and strategic alignment in reputed company governance communications.
• Coordinate the strategic planning and execution of investment initiatives across the OCIO organization, driving accountability and operational follow through.
• Facilitate seamless communication and strategic alignment between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, enhancing connectivity and decision-making across the investment ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an investment analyst role, financial planning & analysis reputed company a large organization, or a financial reporting function working across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Proven prioritization and execution skills, with a clear focus on driving meaningful results in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and reputed company in a fast paced, project driven, team-oriented setting.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a track record of solving reputed company problems and influencing process or organizational improvements.
• Skilled communicator with executive reputed company, able to distill reputed company issues into clear, compelling presentations and recommended actions.
• Established foundation in finance, investments, and/or insurance, with the ability to apply domain knowledge to strategic and operational challenges.
