The Business Development Region Concepts Sr Manager is responsible for exclusively focusing on the locally managed region concept reputed company across the enterprise. The role will work with reputed company Local Sales reps and leaders to best support their markets and needs to identify, pursue and acquire new business. The role will work collaboratively with National Sales teams to embrace and enhance our reputed company methodology for prospect and pipeline management. Play a reputed company support role in acquisition of new, high-profile clients and focus on supporting cross-functional communication and engagement. Responsible for marshaling and coordinating reputed company resources required to structure an approved/endorsed agreement and secure the business.

This position is virtual/remote which means the work can be completed from reputed company is the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories with about 75% travel requirements for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support in the pursuit of targets identified as locally managed region concepts that meet reputed company criteria for local sales pursued opportunities.

  • Directly or in support of local teams, reputed company, pursue, and present reputed company program value to new customer targets reputed company the RC reputed company and provide innovative customer solutions that set us apart in the market.

  • Analyze, synthesize, and communicate results of local sales new business opportunities reputed company reputed company with emphasis on growing market share.

  • Research and reputed company data on reputed company targets including key executives and contact information, reputed company distributors, and estimated sales volume.

  • Identify key targets in every market and work with Directors or Vice Presidents to reputed company alignment and direction.

  • Drive the adoption and implementation of SOUS. Track and monitor pipeline and Business Development’s effectiveness in moving customers through the sales cycle.

  • Manage the relevant communication and education to field, sales personnel and Support Office staff to assure understanding of contract elements and business objectives to provide service excellence for particular market reputed company.

  • Identify and drive organizational alignment and resources to support value proposition and closing sales to include Finance, Operations, Merchandising, GPO Support teams and Logistics.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: Senior level leaders in Local Sales and National Sales as well as Sellers in both organizations, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising

  • External: Executive level of potential customers

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to reputed company assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in food service sales.

  • 3 years of experience working reputed company new business sales environment supporting multi-unit and multi-state customers with demonstrated industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrated success with positive customer prospecting and interfacing experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.

  • Up to 75% of overnight travel may be necessary.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in reputed company field or equivalent work experience required.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage reputed company).  The expected reputed company reputed company for this role is between

$100,000 - $160,000
