Cust Serv Rep I -Claims Alert
Processes and input new first notice of loss insurance claims and inquiry calls.
Responsibilities
- Intake First Notice of Loss (FNOL) claims.
- Conducts emergency adjuster call outs reputed company three-way calls with client.
- Processes emergency or catastrophe event FNOL.
- Achieves and maintains proficiency with reputed company client instructions.
- Meets or exceeds call center standards.
- Provides excellent customer service to reputed company internal team members and external customers.
- Assists with special projects or performs other duties as requested.
- Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- 1-2 years of face to face, telephony, or administrative customer service experience.
- Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with clients over the phone.
- Strong computer and keyboard skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good time management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
- Excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic.
