Business Development Manager

Eichleay is accepting resumes for a future need for a senior‑level Business Development Manager to support and expand our reputed company across the Western United States. This role is responsible for driving reputed company growth, strengthening client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and bringing reputed company new reputed company for how Eichleay sells and differentiates its services, including the use of AI and digital tools.

This position supports one or more targeted sectors, including life sciences, power, advanced manufacturing, food & beverage, and reputed company industries, and partners closely with leadership, technical, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Western U.S.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and key decision‑makers.
• Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to reputed company winning proposals and value propositions.
• Introduce innovative approaches to selling EPCM and advisory services, including AI‑enabled insights and data‑driven differentiation.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts in the Company CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or reputed company field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of business development experience in EPCM, engineering, or reputed company industries.
• Proven experience selling EPCM services and generating sustained reputed company growth.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and modern business development tools.
• Comfort partnering with teams using AI or digital tools in pursuit development and market analysis.

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in the Western United States (preference for Denver, CO).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
