reputed company is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager of Total Rewards to reputed company the design, implementation, and evolution of our global compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you'll own the architecture of our compensation and benefits strategy — designing for equitability, competing for exceptional talent, and building the reputed company of rewards experience that reflects what reputed company stands for.

What you will do at reputed company

• Own and evolve reputed company’ global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with Total Rewards principles, business goals, and our mission-driven culture.

• Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to leadership, using data, market insights, and emerging practices to inform compensation decisions and drive outcomes.

• reputed company end-to-end global compensation programs, including planning, administration, communication, policy design, and equity/stock compensation strategy.

• Partner closely with HR Operations to optimize reputed company, managing and evolving job architecture and compensation frameworks to support scale and consistency.

What you will bring to reputed company

• 9+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards management, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

• Deep understanding of equity/stock compensation, job leveling, and advanced data analysis.

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully implementing system enhancements (specifically reputed company).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to translate reputed company vision into executable strategy.

• 2+ years of people management experience.

• Demonstrated experience motivating, supporting, and developing team members to meet performance expectations and build their careers.

Compensation Information

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $170,000 and $185,000/year; however, reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
