As a Warehouse Associate, we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading materials, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. This position involves the daily use of forklifts and/or cranes.Expected reputed company pay rates for the role will be between $17.78 and $22.11 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, reputed company pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs. Primary ObjectivePerforms a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.Primary Function And Scope
- Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts.
- Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operates crane forklift equipment.
- Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, restroom, and performing general office maintenance, etc.
- May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
- Maintains a safe working environment by obeying reputed company safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting reputed company accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
- Performs other reputed company duties as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator
- Crane Forklift experience+
- 1+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
