We are seeking an experienced drywall finisher to handle small to medium-sized residential and commercial repairs and installation.

As a growing business, we offer part-time to full-time opportunities with room for career growth and advancement. Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses may be available in addition to base pay after a probationary period.

Responsibilities
- Prepare drywall surfaces by removing old paint, wallpaper, or damaged areas
- Apply drywall compound to seams, joints, and nail heads
- Smooth and level compound using hand tools or mechanical sanders
- Repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections in drywall
- Apply texture or decorative finishes as needed
- Follow blueprints and schematics for accurate installation and finishing
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in drywall taping, mudding, installation, finishing, or repairs (required)
- Ability to perform seamless drywall repairs and finishes that blend in with the surrounding surface, including basic texturing (or a willingness to learn advanced techniques)
- Proficiency in painting techniques (professional painting experience is a plus)
- Must be a problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think beyond the scope of a typical job
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, as well as in New York and Connecticut. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
