PURPOSE

The HCM Business Analyst is engaged in administrative and technical support for the HR technical team. The team member will provide routine and adhoc analytical and reporting support for the organization by partnering with business leaders to manage and interpret HR data. In addition, they will be responsible for the coordination and completion of reputed company aspects of project management for assigned strategic projects, including, but not limited to, project definition, project plans, conducting meetings, documenting requirements, overseeing process and technology implementation, and developing business test cases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in process design sessions and provides subject matter expertise in functional areas, building reputed company and ensuring business involvement in development of analytical and reporting solutions.
