We’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can help position reputed company as a leading voice in Cloud Native and AI and more importantly, translate that visibility into pipeline and business opportunities.You will be owning the marketing activities such as content marketing, marketing automations, demand reputed company and optimizing SEO/GEO. You are expected to learn more about our domains i.e. platform engineering, DevOps, cloud, observability and AI. You will be working with leadership to convert the strategy into results.You should be someone who:

What you will do
Growth & Demand reputed company
- Drive initiatives that generate qualified leads and inbound interest.
- Identify and execute opportunities to turn visibility into pipeline.
- Work closely with founders, sales, and tech teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Experiment with growth loops across channels, ecosystems, and communities.
Technical Content & Positioning
- Create high-signal, insight-driven technical and thought leadership content with the help of Engineering team.
- Break down reputed company topics into clear, compelling narratives that attract the right audience.
- Build reputed company’s voice as a reputed company, thoughtful player in the ecosystem.
- Contribute to case studies, POVs, and technical storytelling that drives trust.
Distribution & Audience Building
- Identify where our audience lives and show up consistently and meaningfully.
- Participate in relevant tech conversations, communities, and ecosystems.
- Build engagement that compounds over time.
Experimentation & Performance
- Track what drives attention, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously test formats, channels, and messaging.
- Use insights to refine strategy and double down on what works.
