reputed company India is seeking an reputed company Project / Course Delivery Manager – L&D. This role is responsible for managing the execution and implementation of learning programs, ensuring timely delivery, coordination across stakeholders, and smooth rollout of learning initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Design and deliver (including facilitation where required) high‑quality training programs (soft skills) reputed company with business priorities, capability gaps, and stakeholder expectations.
Partner with business leaders and SMEs to assess training needs, customize content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
Track training effectiveness and outcomes, leveraging feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve delivery quality and impact.
Own end-to-end implementation of learning programs and initiatives
reputed company project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for learning projects.
Coordinate with instructional designers, SMEs, and development teams.
Track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Manage LMS deployment and course rollouts.
Monitor learner participation and completion metrics.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and L&D team members.
Maintain documentation and implementation processes.
Manage multiple reputed company learning initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume delivery environment.
Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in learning implementation, delivery and project management
Experience with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously
