Our team comes from the German startup ecosystem, with experience at Autarc, Greenforce, Cardino, Wemolo, Remberg, Alasco, Porsche, Mercedes, and KPMG.

The Hunter: You don't wait for leads to come to you. Through cold calling, on-site visits and whatever it takes, you acquire new B2B partners across Denmark. Dealerships, large chains, EV specialists. You are the first face and voice they see and hear. A clear success metric for 2026: bringing 10-15 new frequently buying dealers onto Aampere. The Market Maker: You don't just grow the network, you orchestrate it. You match the right listings to the right dealers, keep bidding activity high across auctions, and make sure our dealer network is always well balanced. You think like a marketplace operator, not just a salesperson. The Trusted Partner: Once dealers are on the platform, you own the relationship. Full-service support, fast response times, a service level so high that switching to a competitor feels like a downgrade. You strategically nurture your top buyers to increase their bidding frequency and keep it stable. The Antenna: You are Aampere's eyes and ears in Denmark. Price shifts, regulatory changes, competitor moves, new trends. You spot them before anyone else and translate them into actionable recommendations for HQ. Weekly reporting on network growth, activity rates and competitive pressure is your rhythm. The Localizer: You don't translate Aampere into Danish. You make Aampere Danish. Direct communication, transparency, efficiency. You adapt our messaging, our pitch, our entire approach so we are perceived as a local player, not a German export. The Voice of the Customer: You capture what dealers actually need, not what we assume they need. You turn those insights into concrete feature requests that our product team in Munich can act on. You are the bridge between the Danish market and our platform. Sales DNA: You have experience in B2B sales, partnerships or account management. Ideally in automotive, mobility or marketplace businesses. You know how to open doors and keep them open. Communication: You enjoy approaching people, you listen before you pitch, and you can convince through empathy and expertise. Even when the contact is ice cold. Hands-on: You don't wait for instructions. You see opportunities and you act. You are comfortable building processes from zero in a market where we have no playbook yet. Mobility: You hold a valid driver's license and are ready to travel across Denmark. The business happens where the dealers are, not behind a screen. Market Sense: You understand the Danish automotive landscape or are eager to learn it fast. Bonus if you already have a network in the industry. Startup Drive: You thrive in a fast-moving environment where your contributions have direct, visible impact on the company's trajectory. You are not looking for structure. You are looking to build it. Language: Danish is your native language. You communicate confidently in English with our international team in Munich.
