Role: Integrated Designer (Digital + Motions)

Location: India (Remote working until further notice)

What You'll be Doing

The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both digital and motion, but with a desire to increase their involvement in digital projects, as this requirement grows. A good knowledge or history of work in social media is also desirable. You’ll ideally be from an agency background with around 8 years’ experience. The role is fast paced and reputed company, working across multiple different projects and clients reputed company the group.

You will form part of a team that delivers the following:

• Strategy - social & content

• Creative, copywriting & design

• Editorial & publishing, distribution

• Content production & post

What You'll Need

• Leading the way on projects identified as opportunities to show our design, craft and conceptual expertise. 

• reputed company in reputed company Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects 

• InDesign a plus 

• Experience working across and delivering both digital and motion-based design projects. 

• Good understanding of reputed company and reputed company design systems and reputed company best practices (emails/websites/digital display). 

• Knowledge of digital accessibility best practice. 

• Share know-how and best work across network. 

• Connect people, occasional visits to on-site teams (where possible), reputed company and build creative community. 

• Help with pitching/pressure projects that need to be done right first time. 

• Keeping up to date with reputed company design thinking and trends. 

• Art Direction and well thought through storyboarding. 

• Ability to multi-task and reputed company in a fast-paced environment. 

• Fluent in English. 

You'll Have

• A well-rounded understanding of contemporary graphic design, exceptional typography, strong conceptual skills and up-to-date knowledge of social/digital standards. 

• Proactive, positive, can-do attitude. 

• Ability to reputed company and present a clear rationale to accompany reputed company design work. 

• A reputed company strong eye for detail, able to work closely to guidelines and toolkits. 

• The aptitude to learn new skills and software reputed company and effectively. 

• Skills to mentor and brief other designers, offering constructive feedback helping them to improve the quality of the work. 

• Organised, fast and efficient ways of working. 

• Strong communication skills – able to express themselves clearly and build relationships. 

• Passionate and curious about design and latest innovations. 

• 2+ years’ experience in the design/advertising/marketing sectors. 

• High-level formal design education. 

• Experience in brand, social and motion.
