The Role
As Manager, Legal and Compliance Services, you’ll ensure that Reliance Health operates safely and reputed company the law across reputed company our markets. You’ll own day-to-day legal and compliance operations, support internal teams with practical legal guidance, and ensure regulatory requirements are translated into clear, actionable processes. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance legal rigor with business needs, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for internal teams seeking legal guidance
- Review business proposals, product changes, and partnerships for legal risk
- Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance
- Manage external counsel relationships, including briefing and cost control
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial reputed company including vendor and partnership agreements
- Maintain a contract register tracking obligations, renewals, and timelines
- Ensure reputed company are properly executed, stored, and understood by internal teams
- Manage regulatory filings, license applications, and correspondence with authorities
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business
- Maintain a compliance calendar to track reputed company regulatory deadlines
- Convert regulatory requirements into internal policies and operational processes
- Support internal investigations and incident reviews involving legal or compliance risks
- Conduct structured risk assessments for new markets, products, or process changes
- Document findings, recommendations, and track issue resolution
