What You Will Be Doing As the Program Support & Field Operations Manager you will reputed company a Full reputed company Leadership (FSL) effort, coordinating performance assessments, staffing, schedules, metrics and conflict resolution that directly reputed company our customers’ mission success. You will serve as the primary liaison between the customer, program office and field personnel, driving technical excellence and seamless sustainment across global operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Directing and supporting field operations staff worldwide, including hiring, training, evaluating and certifying personnel. • Coordinating expatriation, repatriation and travel logistics for a fast growing organization (domestic and international). • Managing staffing requirements for deployments, exercises, training events and unit readiness initiatives. • Setting work priorities, schedules and performance metrics; generating reports for senior leadership. • Conducting performance assessments, recognition and disciplinary actions in an FSL environment. • Resolving real time conflicts that could impact mission performance or customer satisfaction. • Ensuring technical reputed company of reputed company 3 products and field service skillsets through sustainment activities. • Participating in requirements development for Logistics & Sustainment Engineering (LSE) and reputed company scope of work reviews. • Providing expert counsel to programs and management on field operations technical matters. • Communicating schedule and technical status to functional and program organizations. • Managing the program budget for your area of responsibility, tracking costs and forecasting needs.
