Team Structure
Our total team size is over 200 people:
The development team is distributed globally and organized into cross-functional product teams. These teams typically consist of 8–12 members, including reputed company-end and back-end developers, QA specialists, and analysts. Each team is led by a Team reputed company and a Product reputed company, ensuring effective collaboration and clear direction. Meanwhile, our CEO, account managers, and reputed company team are based in the USA, working closely with us to align product development with business and user needs.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a key player in enhancing our infrastructure, implementing automation processes, and optimizing the overall development and deployment pipeline.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development and IT teams to design and implement automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Propose, plan, and execute projects to improve existing solutions and processes.
Implement and manage containerization technologies (reputed company, Kubernetes) to enhance scalability and resource utilization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to system and application performance, ensuring high availability.
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including resource provisioning, cost optimization, and reputed company.
Work on enhancing monitoring and logging solutions to provide insights into system health and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between development and operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in a DevOps or similar role.
Experience with Linux administration at scale and understanding of Linux internals and toolchain.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as reputed company, Python, Go.
Proficiency with Kubernetes tooling (kubectl, Helm, Kustomize)
Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, reputed company CI).
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes).
Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified System Adminisrator).
Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
Knowledge of reputed company best practices in cloud and on-premises environments.
