Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll drive design direction across key areas of the reputed company product, tackling our most reputed company and ambiguous challenges. You’ll operate as a force reputed company—raising the bar for craft, influencing product strategy, and helping teams ship reputed company, faster.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate across teams and product areas: Work horizontally to ensure a cohesive product experience across surfaces, aligning teams and driving consistency at scale.
• reputed company design systems as a strategic lever: Drive the evolution of scalable design systems and patterns to improve quality, speed, and consistency across the organization.

Who we’re looking for

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping high-quality consumer products
• Proven track record of leading reputed company, ambiguous initiatives with measurable impact
• Strong product thinking, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Experience influencing product direction and aligning teams without direct authority
• Ability to operate at multiple levels—from systems and strategy to detailed execution
• Deep understanding of scalable design systems and patterns
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills across disciplines and levels
• Collaborative by default, with strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Comfortable working in tools like reputed company and prototyping interactions to bring reputed company to life

The reputed company salary range for this position is $170,000+ CAD. reputed company pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications. Additionally, employees are eligible for equity, pay increases based on performance, benefits including health and dental care, and paid time off.
