Outside Sales Account Executive

OEC Group is a leading NVOCC freight forwarding company established in 1981, providing import and export services. They are seeking a B2B outside sales professional to develop customer relationships and promote logistics services.

Responsibilities

  • Travel at least 2 weeks out of the month to assigned Market Outside of Home city. (AL/MS/LA/FL)
  • Developing B2B Relationship through cold call & in person visit
  • Prepare and offer logistics service plans
  • Collaborate with Sale Support on the maintaining the pricing for the service plan
  • Onboarding account and aligning service expectation
  • Meeting at least the Performance or Hustle Goal at any even month (See Key Performance Indicator below)
  • Being available to collaborate with team from another time zone
  • Datamine New Prospect to rotate out leads
  • Datamine current account to monitor market share and other growth opportunities
  • Maintaining & updating the Sale’s CRM
  • Staying consistent in keeping close to prospect (Keeping pipeline with under 30 day since last contact)
  • Routine Review of Pipeline with Sale Support
  • When necessary, assist the Accounts Team in collecting payment

Skills

  • B2B outside sales professional with an ambitious, competitive and motivated personality who is interested in making long-lasting customer relationships
  • Excellent people skills, a result-driven self-starter who is an active listener, creative problem solver who is a solution-oriented sales professional
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus!

  • Reliable transportation at the time of hire
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • International or domestic freight forwarding experience is a plus
