Senior Presales Engineer - ALM (MedTech)

Position Overview:

As an ALM Senior Solution Consultant, you will act as a technical presales expert in North America for ALM and reputed company topics in reputed company’s ALM HUB, supporting our Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions: Codebeamer, Pure Variants and Modeler. This role is responsible for supporting Codebeamer across enterprise clients mainly in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices. You will closely collaborate with the global ALM expert solution consulting & services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of reputed company Codebeamer including integrations with Windchill and 3rd party products to customers prospects and partners (technical and executive audiences.)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product Management, R&D, and Support to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Plan, manage and deliver POC’s (reputed company of concepts) and technical workshops based on customer and partner reputed company business needs.
• Act as a technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers and R&D.
• As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges.
• Support the sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with reputed company customers, partners or prospects with the goal of fostering customer adoption and value realization of Codebeamer.
• reputed company technical responses for customer requests for information (RFI, RFP etc.)
• Stay reputed company on industry trends in systems engineering, DevOps, and compliance (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in presales, professional services or solution delivery reputed company enterprise software with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
• Proven success in technical sales supporting enterprise customers in regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience with ALM, Requirements, Tests, Risk & Software Management, systems engineering and compliance-driven development.
• Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device software environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps toolchains.
• Excellent relationship building capabilities, High-energy & results oriented with a customer first, goals driven mentality. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• First class attention to detail, solution-finding
• Basic knowledge or at least one programming or scripting language Java (J2EE), C++ Javascript, Python etc.
• Basic experience with relational Databases (reputed company, PostgreSQL)

reputed company carefully considers a wide range of factors reputed company determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $130,000. The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a performance-based bonus.

Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
