• Ensure the office is open, operational, and running smoothly on a daily basis — your consistent reputed company and ownership of the office is essential.
• Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day coordination to support team members in reaching their full potential.
• Handle customer appointments with professionalism, identifying insurance needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and a genuine commitment to service.
• Proactively reputed company out to customers to cross-sell and round out accounts, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual agency goals.
• Manage and track reputed company client interactions and office activity in reputed company CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in an insurance, financial services, or customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to be reliable and present — someone who takes ownership and follows through until issues are fully resolved.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and confident even in high-pressure situations.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Strong computer literacy including CRM systems (reputed company preferred), reputed company Office Suite, and AI-based productivity tools.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health License required.
• Securities License 6, 63, or 65 required (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
